I had accidentally left my camera in my rental and these guys were able to help me get it back. I called in few hours after I had returned the vehicle and these guys were able to find the vehicle right away. I am very impressed with how quick they acted on it. This is why I rent through enterprise

I picked up my car from the hertz rental place and advised them my car was fixed ealy and I may not need the car for as long. They said no problem. I returned it the next day and they told me to call the number to get the refund and that it would be no problem at all. I did not get any kind of refund at all nor did they give me the car back for the time I rented it for. Out 450$. They gave me incorrect info. Had I been told the correct info when I picked it up I would have changed the reservation at that time. So I paid 450$ and got the car for only one day. When it was returned they could not give me back the car I paid for as it was now returned. This was my first time renting a car. I am not happy.

There are NO vehicles of this description at the Abottsford airport location. Hyundai Venues don’t exit at AVIS Car Rental at the Abottsford Airport, rather they claim that the “category” which they sold it under (Compact/SUV) “does not exist” and they trade you “down” to a compact car but charge you the same price which you originally signed up for. So, the racquet here is offer cheap prices but trade you down a car model while keeping the price the price set for a model you thought you would get based on the site marketing.

Very bad experience They didn’t give me the car in the airport and they said i suppose to pick it up from another location They didn’t help at all and gives me very hard time in my first to vancouver and late arriving They trying to use me and force me to rent another car and they makes me lose my booking and the money I rent another from another company and i’m really sad and upset because they have very bad customer service I‘M asking you please to refund my money and contact thrifty management and their head office about my claim this bad experience and zero customer service and i’ll be sure to share this with all my friends and everyone to avoid it

Car available on time. Easy pick up and drop-off. Car was dirty on the exterior with several scratches. Had to remember to take pictures of the scratches at the beginning of the rental and then email them to the Thrifty at the drop off to ensure we weren't charged for the scratches.

I had booked a minivan and was given a SUV which could not fit the luggage that we had brought from overseas. Secondly, National charged us twice for the rental and I have been following up with National to refund the additional payment that they have charged me (CAD 1,711). This has yet to be resolved.
