Nothing I couldn’t even pick up my rental and they had my reservation canceledCons:
Being up front with their fees, I went in with the misguided notion that my reservation would be honored at the amount agreed on. Instead I was charged my reservation amount with an additional “company policy fee” of $400 on top of what I was already paying for the actual rental. My $300 rental had now come out to over $700. I almost missed my own mother’s funeral. Thank you for your service Alamo!6.0 Okay

At drop off point a mile from airport we were going to have to get a ride to the airport. The agent told us we could drop the car at the airport and save us from getting a ride. He was very friendly and helpful.Cons:

Nothing. They didn't have a car for me. I booked online, I payed the deposit, I showed up to pick up the car and they told me they didn't have anything for me, that they wouldn't honor my booking, wouldn't refund my deposit, and I was forced to spend $250 to buy a ticket for a 26 minute flight.Cons:

It was supposed to be filled up but was only at 1/4 tank. Had to go back so they could fill it. Still wasn't filled completely. Lots of scratches to outside of vehicle, including vandalism of the paint job. Was supposed to seat 7, with luggage. Not as much space as advertised.10.0 Wonderful

Too long of a line to pick up the rental. There were 5 people ahead of us in line at the Flagstaff airport, and with one person behind the counter it literally took 45 mins to wait for our car.10.0 Wonderful

Customer service at the counter was great-- very friendly and helpful staff! I ended up getting a much nicer car than I had originally reserved due to low inventory at the same price as my original rental. The car was absolutely perfect and I had a blast enjoying the freedom it gave me while I was on my trip.Cons:
The underage driver charge is rough, but that was to be expected. Additionally, there wasn't very much flexibility in drop off location for a cancelled flight-- driving the car from FLG to PHX would have doubled the cost of my rental just to turn the car in at a different location.10.0 Wonderful
