drop off at the Minot airport is in a unmarked rental lot. no attendant to check in vehicle. you then walk to the counter which is at the other end of the airport. the counter was unmanned and we had to call the attendant who was out moving vehicles. this was @ 11AM the male attendant shows up a few minutes later wearing a baseball cap (i'm not making this up) that says 'don't ask me sh*t' not exactly appropriate.10.0 Wonderful

Vehicle could've been vacuumed better. Crud between door and seat. Also dont like their fuel policy where if you're at 5/8, then you bring it back like that. What if I fill it and the dont drive enough to get down to the same level. In that case I'm giving them free fuel2.0 Poor

Pick up / drop off was easy. Staff was nice. Issue: I booked an SUV and when I went to pick it up was told no SUV’s available and the only vehicle I could take was a RWD Frontier. Used it for a 12 hour drive through the mountains in terrible conditions. Made it safe, but certainly wasn’t the plan.Cons:
All season tires on a RWD truck in ND winter isn’t practical and is dangerous. Don’t advertise an SUV and not provide an SUV. Still cost $140 which I don’t think was fair.4.0 Mediocre

There was a mistake made during the payment process which I can understand sometimes that happens, however the mistake was so severe that it impacted my credit score. When I was able to check my chase credit card account the mistake was over 500.00 dollars. What had happened was they confused me with another person with the same last name so I assume that I paid for his or her rental as well. Great mileage on the Kia. Had a compact and it was very comfortable and roomy. Liked the back up camera. Desk personnel were friendly. Whole in and out was fast and efficient. Easy to find rental desks at airport. Car was washed and clean, in and out, and didn't find anything, like little pieces of trash from previous occupants, in car.Cons:
