Pros:

Once a vehicle was located (after nearly thirty minutes of excuses), the service person (Michael) drove us to the location where a vehicle was found. Michael was friendly, professional, and courteous.

Cons:

I reserved a vehicle, confirmed the reservation a week and again one day before arriving. When I got to the Enterprise location, I was told they had no vehicles and it took nearly a half hour and my insisting they locate one before a vehicle was found.
