Cons:When purchasing the ticket there was no mentione that bagage was NOT included something which I assume when flying with an All Star airline. Ended up paying an extra 70 € for my luggage - not happy.

Pros:As an American living in Belgium, I use Brussels Airlines regularly. The flights are dependably comfortable and typically on time. This airline is one of the few that still provides a drink and a snack on short flights. Cabin crews are usually very polite and helpful.

Pros:As they were both small airports, everything went quite fast. Crew was a little bit too serious but effective. Flight was uneventful, which is a good thing and faster than anounced.
Cons:Check-in in Antwerp was slower than it needed to be. Bag drop could open a bit sooner. Antwerp airport is a pretty boring place to wait, even for an airport. Aging planes, but for the price and duration it's ok.

Cons:Absolutely everything! Flight cancelled as we were due to board! Herded like cattle! Would never use again!!!

Pros:The staff were great.
Cons:The seats were quite tight. While they can't control it, there were also 3 screaming kids, so that colored my experience a bit.

Cons:French security procedure was aggressive (nothing to do with airline, but with general flight experience)

Cons:plane was 45 minutes late boarding and then sat on the tarmac for over an hour before taking off from Newark NJ. Missed my connection in Copenhagen.
