Pros:The location is great, very close to the airport. The parking is free and easy. The breakfast is very decent and good. The staff is friendly.
Cons:The room cleaning services were very inconsistent and unreliable. If you stay for a short time it may not be an issue. For anyone staying over several days you will notice the lack of consistency: be prepared to go to the front desk for more shampoo, towels, or ask other items which weren’t daily changed. The folks often run out of the essential stuff even one hour before the end of breakfast: fruit, yoghurt, pancakes.

Cons:Shuttle service stops at 10 pm. After having to get Uber to get us to the hotel at 1:30 am, they inform us that they gave my room away. I reserved a double bed suite about a month in advance because we had 4 adults and one child. Before my flight, I called the hotel around 3 pm to confirm and tell them them that we will be arriving late, that is when I found out their shuttle stops at 10 pm. When I get the hotel, the front desk guy tells me he only king sized bed and that I needed to take it because they were overbooked by 9 rooms. I was livid so I called customer service and they told me there was another hotel about 2 miles down the road that has a 24 hr shuttle, but they couldn’t pick us up because it was only for the airport. I will never get a room at BW again!

Pros:Any issue they fixed right away. The door was broken they did their best to fix it. It was recently broken from the guests right before us. They changed our phone cause it wasn't letting us answer it. There was a storm so the Dish cable stopped working and they got it fixed as soon as it was brought to their attention. Staff was really friendly although they are low staffed so I felt bad with the issues that arised. The bed was very comfortable we slept like babies. This is a great place if you just need a place to sleep. Not really a getaway hotel. Very central to the beach and airport. The room was clean plenty of towels. Had a mini kitchen section with a sink, microwave, and mini fridge. Which is convenient.
Cons:They had Dish cable which is very unreliable considering they have so many hurricanes and storms. Very few channels to choose from. They need new info folders for the room. Ours was water damaged so it seemed gross.

Pros:We stayed the day before our cruise. Complimentary Shuttle picked up from the airport and for a nominal fee, a shuttle took us to the cruise the next day. The hotel is in walking distance from many restaurants. Great value and convenience.
Cons:Unfortunately, we were in competition with 8 other cruise lines, so getting picked up from the airport was a bit of a nightmare...One of the hotel Shuttles was out of commission so the operating shuttle was continuously filled up..It took an hour to get to the hotel which was less than 10 minutes away. Advise.....check to see how many cruise ships are sailing on the same day!
