Are you planning a vacation with your whole family, including your pet? The Metropolis Resort allows dogs to stay in your room, studio or suite, with a maximum of two dogs permitted per room. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and making sure they are on a leash outside of the guest room. Pets are not allowed in the dining outlets, fun center, or waterpark. There are designated pet areas in the resort and there is even a dog bowl in the lobby. A nightly pet fee will be charged.

The standard time for check-in is after 4:00 pm, but guests can request early-check in from 1:00 pm for an additional fee. If your room is not available, pick up your waterpark wrist band and enjoy the facilities at the waterpark while you wait. Lockers, changing areas, and showers are available for your use. If you would like to stay in your room longer on your day of departure, late check-out is also available for an additional fee. Once you check out, you can still spend time in the water park until it closes.

Life jackets are available free of charge in the water park, and pool diapers are compulsory for toddlers who are not toilet-trained. The lifeguards at the Metropolis Resort are American Red Cross certified in CPR and first aid and have monthly training sessions in emergency response to ensure they are ready for action in the case of any emergency situations at the resort.
