You should have cars first then run the company. We booked 2 times within 2 weeks firstly they booked the car for us then the next day when we were ready to pickup the car they are informing us that they don't have cars right now , we have to have another 2-3 days. Such a poor management of staff, service and specially cars. Get the cats first so people can book when they urgently need it.Reviewed 15 Mar 2024

Pros:Well I haven't seen anybody I just dropped the car. The office was closed, but the cariboo lodge reception was open.Cons:The underground car park is a bit narrow. It's difficult to park, therefore it's quite scary with a rental car.Reviewed 28 Sep 2017
