Comboios de Portugal is the only carrier operating train routes to Faro. The train journey from Faro to Lisbon takes 3h 00m and costs around S$ 23 for a one-way ticket. When coming by train from Porto, expect to pay about S$ 41 for a 5h 51m trip. Located 9 km from the city centre, Faro Parque Das Cidades is the busiest station in Faro. Another popular train station is Estação Ferroviária de Faro, located 0.8 km from the centre.
