Pros:

I flew in late so wasn't able to pick up car till next day at an in town location. the young girl was excellent to deal with. when we went to inspect the car she noticed my suit case and asked if I was flying out that day, she told me I could just drop car off at airport. After a long week of work that was great news! I will definitely use this company when I am back up north.

I couldn't rent because they don't have drop off at another location. Had to return vehicle to same location and that was impossible. I wish there was an Alamo rental here.

The posted online rate was .25 cents/km but the location charged .38 cents, when other companies in the airport provided 400 free km. Once we figured this out we returned the Avis car and went with another company.

I didn't like national due the over charge was out rageous, getting charged 80 cents kilometers when it'd suppose to be 33 cents kilometers. They were charging 3000 kilometers when it's 23650 n charging 2000 in kilometers charges when he said I was out of province, they gave me a Alberta license plate car n now they want to charge me, the attitude from the man was very rude,problems with car and said couldnt do anything, I need to be treated like criminal, when it's criminal the way they try and scam you. I will never rent from another rental car company again especially your company, I don't give you any stars and a poor review. Worst company.. the way he ordered me to pay and the way he talked to me in public, he said I don't need to talk to him like that when he kept refusing to give the mangers number and argued with me n when people were staring he said I don't need to be treated this and talked in his language and got angry gave me the number after 20 min, I walked 2 hours home passed off with the treatment and then the guy took the car out and literally stepped on the pedal went more then speed limit on the airport road, he was mad with ne cause I refuse to pay 3000 dollars for double the amount to what was told.. never rent a car in fort st john they will rob you blind...

National would not honour my booking, didn’t even get a vehicle. National rep was rude, lazy, and unwilling to help in anyway. I will not be using this service again.

Made two reservations, neither were honoured. Attendant was rude and very unhelpful, I’m disgusted on how I was treated and will never rent there again.
