Cons:Not even allowed to check in! It was not clear when we booked that you can only stay here if you have an outbound international flight. I had an inbound International with a domestic connection the next morning and was turned away, and told no refund.
Pros:Could not check in
Cons:The Hotel is located INSIDE the terminals; if you cannot do check in, you cannot get to it. This is made ONLY for travelers that have a long stay over and would like some rest. The main purpose for me was to be at the airport since my flight was leaving at 6AM.
Cons:Nobody knows where it is, took us an hour to find it, there is no signage anywhere in the airport we could find. It is after customs so we had to check in our luggage...and toiletries, clothing, etc., before going itno the hotel, most inconvenient. Would not stay there again. The staff really did not care about all the troubles and what was suppossed to be worry free ended up being a big mess. Would not recommed this to anyone.
