Pros:The room was alright, staff very friendly
Cons:The place needs a serious upgrade, not worth the price charged. The carpet need to be replaced, the place needs a serious overhaul. Too dingy, could do much better....if they wanted to.

Pros:This seemed like a hotel that used to be very nice and has been allowed to fall to pieces over the years. The lobby was nice, and the pool was beautiful (though freezing).
Cons:My first surprise was not being greeted as we entered or stood waiting at the counter, but that was only the beginning. Their credit card machine didn't work properly, and the fountain in the lobby was empty and seemed to be used as a holding tank for contruction materials. Upstairs, we found TWO kinds of roaches in our room and a stain on the comforter. Ugh. The restaurant was a joke-- dripping water from the ceiling formed a puddle in the aisle, and all the seating was old and damaged. We will never again stay at a Ramada.

Pros:The staff were very nice. The hotel is very attractive and quiet.
Cons:The heater was broken for the 2 nights I was there. The maintenance man said it was a broken coil. They gave me a space heater. The high was 51 degrees, so the room was never as warm as I wanted. There were several rooms without heat, so Ramada should have had an HVAC person there to fix everything. The location makes getting there difficult the first time. The hotel is located behind a fast food restaurant and a convenience store, but the address is listed as Baymeadows, the same as theirs. You must go down Western Way to reach the hotel.

Pros:Rooms and facilties were clean and smelled nice Hot shower Clean sheets and towels Nice lobby-clean Okay decor Nice and professional lobby/front desk staff
Cons:Hot breakfast-food was typical cheap hotel food Breakfast food line was dirty-needed atttendant to clean and refresh food, spills eveywhere on tablecloth, line, etc. Not many choices for muffins, rolls, not very tasty-we elected to save our money for hot breakfast and eat out-better value Resturant decor and paint job was sloppy-paint spills all over tiles, wndows, etc.

Pros:Our stay here was great, it was a clean and spacious room. The bed was comfortable and clean! They have a great policy in that you will be charged $200 if caught smoking in the room, so as you could imagine the room had no stinky smoke smell. Of course the room was the best experience but not to far was the continental breakfast provided with your stay, there was no need to upgrade to the full breakfast bar as the continental food was sufficient for a full hardy breakfast!
Cons:Wifi was slow! Tried to watch Netflix but it kept freezing up!

Pros:Had a great two night stay close to major express way. My room was clean and staff was exceptional. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left.
