Pros:Cheap hotel in a great location. Blocks away from tube stop and British museum. Clean room, nice bathroom. Very small bedroom (smaller than pics depict, but not too bad). Overall a good stay, staff were really polite.
Cons:WiFi was broken for 2 nights which was very frustrating. Check out was at 11:00am, and if you want to keep bags later in the day, they charge you something like 5 pounds per bag, per hour.

Pros:It was a bed to sleep in. Decent location.
Cons:For the most part, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Rooms were quite unpleasant and if you're staying on the top floor, there's barely a wifi signal, if any at all. I was here on business so that made it very difficult and they didn't seem to care at all. Maybe if you only stay there for one night it would be okay but for as much as I paid I was very dissatisfied with the service and the overall experience.
