When boarding, after business class should be premium economy, but economy class already lined-up at the gate blocking premium economy to board. Singapore airline crew should done a better job to organize this chaos :( Thank you.
It seems paying premium economy does not make difference with economy. No priority boarding, not worthy paying extra$$$ for premium economy.
A pc of cake or biscuit at least. The airport was like a maze need to take another bus to the main terminal to immigration.
Flying with Singapore airlines is always excelllent - the crew are lovely and the food too is great. It’s my number 1 airline
They were able to assist my elderly father and myself after not being able to check in to scoot. The counter service was phenomenal. They did what they could to get us on the next plane so we could catch our Connecting flight. Scoot closed early on us so we ended up missing our flight.
Horrible experience. They "GAME" with seats they decided to play where you can`t select or get seat during check-in without paying and then forcing you to stay long line at the Customer Service at the gate to get a boarding ticket with seat assigned is pathetic. Will never fly with United again!
So terrible. They would not rebook me for a flight until 2 days. I had to spend so much money to get my own flight. They were rude and not helpful.

Flight was delayed for 4 hours and they misplaced my luggage too. Appalling.
Bag lost. Lost bag recovery process is an unsatisfying customer experience. Because 1) bag is still lost but also 2) the process is outdated and form-heavy and 3) in our case also involved a long line.

Luggage did not make it to Miami still not today! Screen did not work for couple hours- got a bate of chocolate as a peaceful offering. Crew tentative, seats are getting smaller- isle seat arm rest foes not fold- problem getting other 2 passengers to go to the toilet without hitting themselves

It was listed on my ticket as Finnair but there was no indication that the flight was Finnair. In fact the number was even different. There were no employees there until exactly 2 hours before so we had to wait in line at Iberia and hope

The flight was Finnair but there was no indications anywhere that the checkin was for Finnair also. There was no one to ask. I think at a minimum they should list the code shares so people don’t stand in the wrong line for an hour.
Flight ok, but me and other two passengers didn’t have connection with the entertainment in our seats. So, no movies, no games, no music… for 9 hours. The crew just told us that there’s nothing they can do but I noticed during the flight that there were empty seats, so they could have offered to us to change seats. Customer service could be better.
Had a nice flight to London on BA will fly with them again in the future
Finnair cancelled my flight 12 hours prior to leaving for Helsinki. They stated there were mechanical problems. I had to scurry around to find a new flight that would meet my needs for arrival in Helsinki. Luckily I was able to find alternate transportation through Lufthansa/United.
I’m very disappointed, to fly into an airplane for 10 straight hours, and not having a TV even though when I put the ticket I was told that I will have entertainment for the TV. Very disappointed.
Helpful steward. Allowed me to move to some empty seats and I was able to get some sleep. He also had milk for my tea. Americans don’t realise that cream or half and half ruin tea.
The business class seat is the same as economy with 2 people instead of 3. That's not how it should be.
Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.
That was no easy way to get on board in the plane was very hot and I couldn’t talk to the crewmember there super rude and they couldn’t fix the AC. They felt very uncomfortable for 3 1/2 hours flight. I would not use airline next time. Thank you.
Checking in could not be done in the UK for this prt of the flight . Since we only had an hour and a bit at Singapore it was very stressful not knowing if we had appropriate seats. The flight itself was Ok and the 787 had a bit more legroom than the777 from Munich to Singapore. Food wasn't great.
Never flown with LH before so all in all wasba good experience. Also good to know that approx 24hrs prior the flight opens up for being able to organise the seating free.

Plane was old and the persons chair in front wasn’t easy to move up so he had it back most of the flight including during meals. The touchscreen was not working well and selections weren’t good. First time on a flight I really had a hard time finding something to watch. The crew was great and without them, it would have been a bust. Pilot got us there in record time.
United tried to bump me. We pay good money to get on the plane we are scheduled to ride in. To hell with United Airlines.
Flight left late. Missed connection. Rebooked in the morning. United couldnt find rebooking. Had to buy a new ticket to get home. Horrible all the way.
Lost our luggage in Heathrow. Showed up 3 days into a 7 day vacation. Very inconvenient and disappointing!!
Very cramped seats in economy, difficult to get comfortable with your legs and feet and back. The seat width is ok but I’m average size. Food is HORRIBLE. Crew is friendly. Delays and very tight connections made it tough for navigating. We would have missed our connecting flight if it wasn’t delayed too. The terminal transit was slow and normally every 10 minutes before 8pm, after 8 pm is every 30 minutes!!!!! No free wine or drinks!! Below average attitude.
All was good. The headphones they supply are of poor quality. The food is good but too much dairy.
Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.
No entertainment available on flight. Seating too cramped fir an average adult.
Staff , Comfort and Food were excellent. My individual lamp did not work so I could not read, neither my novel nor the menu. I found it impossible to check in online. The website sent you round and round a loop. The only way to break the loop was to view and change your advance personal details.
The crew were great. The comfort and food was terrible, worst I have experienced in recent times and I fly a lot. It was like a refrigerator in the back and even with 4 blankets could not get comfortable. Seats are very tight and with the electronic box under the aisle seats, there was no legroom. BA did a bait and switch on the price, lowballing the price and then requiring add ons, like paying for a checked bag. While common on domestic flights, I have never had to pay for the first bag flying intercontinentally. Also, no “choice “ of seating at check in. There was not a single other free option. I could pay to choose a seat in the same row. I have never had this happen either.usually, at check in, you have a choice (I.e. free) on other airlines of what is not occupied in your section. I will never never fly BA again. Too bad, since the crew were some of the best with the best attitudes I have experienced.
Service was good and did its best. The business class of BA is simply substandard. The seats have not been upgraded in 20 years. It is not only that they are narrow and uncomfortable. The upholstery is beaten up and there is barely no storage. The entertainment system is completely outdated. Finally the First class lounge in SFO is horrible with no food and plastic glasses. To be avoided
There was water leaking from the bathroom in the carpet outside the bathroom in the BA flight from Chennai to London and the foot rest was breaking down
Our TV screens did not work, and the mobile entertainment did not work on our phones so we had no movies to watch for 10 hours!!! Bad experience.
