Parking attendants were SUPER helpful & gave us GREAT tips on where to go & what to do. One of them even called a "Fado house" and made a reservation for us! prooving that we are better off OUT of there. At least their drivers care...
The bathroom ceiling started leaking like a shower, onto the floor @ 1am! When we called the front desk they sent a gentleman who offered to take us to another room for the night & leave all our belongings behind, so we could come back to THAT room the next morning, after they fixed it. That is definately NOT a 5-star guest service. We expected a bellman with the luggage rack to relocate us as soon as possible. It took them 20 more minutes & WE had to carry our luggage to the other room/floor, plus our sleeping 11yo. Unfortunately we had reserved 2 nights, so we stayed, but were very disapointed with their lack of customer service. We did not get a single call or message from ANYONE there either day, to ask how things were going afterwords. The only comment we had @ 1:30am that 1st night was: sorry but things like this just happen! Even when we were asked by the check out person how our stay was & we told her... nothing was done or offered. Unfortunately, their lack of concern IS very evident! Absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. Both the Crown Plaza & Sheraton offer exceptional guest satisfaction & are right accross the street from this facility.

Hotel was a nice surprise aesthetically . Staff very helpful . Room is new and a bit small but very very clean .
There were builders making noise today as there is a restaurant being added . As we were out for they day it wasn’t an issue .

“The location of the Hotel is in a quiet area, easy parking and about seven minutes walk from the city center. On the other hand this Hotel has a renovated part, the room with executive name is spacious as well as the bathroom. In the unreformed part it is the same nothing else that changes the furniture t is a bit more deteriorated but it is still comfortable, spacious and pleasant. Regarding the room with the name Suite, being in the unreformed area, it remains a bit dated with respect to remodeling the new part. At this point you should put a little more pampering and care with the small damage that she finds.”
