Clean room and warm colorful atmosphere. The furniture layout is very conenient and feels modrern despie the old style feel of the building. The bed was very comfortable!
The room was located close to the elevator so it was a tad too noisy. The staff was not very smiling.

room was big, bathroom was clean with a large shower and the bed was very comfortable. Staff arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 4:00 am and a wake up call for 3:00 am. Due to time of day checking out was a problem and we are waiting for a copy of our bill

The assistance we received from the front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Hotel location was excellent just down the street from the market place. Public transport trams were easy to use with free tram tickets

“Excellent staff: everyone we met was very friendly and very helpful. Urim was particularly good and greeted us like old friends every time we appeared. A good start to our holiday. The location is very good, on a pedestrian street and near to the Market Place from which it was easy to get FREE trams to just about anywhere. (Free with the Basel card, but no one asked to see it anyway.) Breakfast was excellent in a calm quiet room with superb service for coffee tea etc., help yourself to the buffet. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom with large walk in shower. Non-slip shower mat provided on request.”
