The breakfast menu is limited and not varied specially halal food for Muslims.

Location was perfect for exploring Basel and trips outside the city. Staff was polite and helpful. There was some construction going on but I really didn’t hear any of it.

This hotel is very conveniently located right next to the Basel train station and major tram hub, making it an ideal base to explore the city. The staff was absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous. Truly a great place to stay!
There was some street construction in front of the hotel at the time of my visit, making it confusing to find how to access the property. But that wasn't the hotel's fault! To the contrary, they even provided earplugs in case guests were disturbed by the construction noise (I personally wasn't disturbed at all).
