Nice food, plenty to choose from.
At 9:20 on a Saturday there was no cutlery to be found, also you were lucky to get a clean plate. Staff were all over doing their jobs, it's just too many people I think.

The staff was friendly. They offering us an extra bed for my friend daughter which is 5 years old and it’s free. But we didn’t take it as we didn’t need it. The bed was very big. Breakfast was excellent.

The location is perfect just steps to alexanderplatz where you can find all shopping stores , restaurants and metro station The bed is very comfortable The bathroom is very clean

“The location was perfect for us, literally around the corner from Alexanderplatz. The room was really clean and comfortable, the layout worked really well with the foldaway vanity table and there was a full length mirror too. Breakfast was really nice with lots of options and it was really fresh. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful.”
