The breakfast buffet was super convenient and had a wonderful variety of foods offered. Our grand double room was a perfect size for 3 guests.
Our 5th floor had an unpleasant sewage smell the 2 nights we stayed. It would at certain times dissipate, then get more intense in the evenings. The hallway and our bathroom were awful during those times.

It was a big hotel, in the center of Berlin. The breakfast was very good, also the people at the hotel were very kind.
The water of the swimming pool a bit cold, the rest was perfect

Breaksfast was great. The location was great too, next to the subway and bus stations. Lots of shoping centers around.
The only thing we didn't like was a small sound coming from the fan of the HVAC unit. Even when we lowered the speed for the fan on the thermostat, we could still hear an annoying sound emerging from the fan. Still it didn't bother us much to get a good night sleep

“Breakfast was very good as always. I especially enjoyed the Birchermüsli breakfast cereal. Always a wide choice of foods! You can’t beat the central location and the access to local transportation. I also think having newspapers available at breakfast is very nice. Commendations to the service personnel in the breakfast dining area - all very polite and dedicated to good service. I think the room card requirement to use the elevators is a good security idea.”
“Everything about this hotel is great, even the one thing that was troubling on my previous visit, one year ago: the servicing of the room. This time, the room was serviced after each of the six nights of my stay. No more piling up of trash and old towels...this time, perfect!”
