Wonderful friendly staff and great location. Walking or using the tram into the city was easy and enjoyable. Good cafes around the hotel and not too far to town for numerous restaurants and life, and sightseeing.
Next door is some sort of sewerage and so you can get whiffs quite regularly when outside the hotel.

The hotel provides an individual breakfast for each person based on their preferences which was excellent. So much nicer than the usual Buffett. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Handy for the tram but quiet.
One of our rooms had a very distinct smell of the drains which was unpleasant.

The breakfast was very good and the presentation was beautiful. The location was perfect as we were taking a Viking cruise and we were able to just walk across the street to meet our ship. The staff was very friendly. Our experience could not have been better!
