We were called by the staff 2 times during the night by mistake which woke us up. They said they’d investigate for us what happened to discuss compensation and we still don’t have any news. Then breakfast was late and we had to remind them to serve it. Very poor service.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was very good and the reception service very attentive and courteous.
I booked the hotel, as I like to have breakfast at the Sofitel in every big European city. Due to Covid19 this was not possible to the extent desired. Unfortunately I could not use the hamam for the same reason.
