Cons: I not get to go my flight, I couldn't get reimbursement

Pros: Exit row seat had much more space for legs, very much worth the upcharge for this seat.

Cons: Cabin temperature was very cool for me. Never used a blanket on an international flight before, and used a blanke on this whole 9 hour flight. Maybe a function of the seat location? Not sure but I was cold.

Pros: Crew asked us if we’d like to move to an empty row to be more comfortable without us even requesting it.

Cons: Bigger coffee cups? Really nothing to complain about. Everything I would expect from a flight. A++

Cons: Continues the use of entertainment tv program during the delays - take off was delayed, descending was delayed and parking was delayed.

Cons: better assistance for people on wheelchairs in the airport.

Cons: One bag delayed as not put on flight and food could be better.

Cons: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.
