Pros: Everything was in order. I felt like they actually trusted me to take care of the car. I haven't rented a car in several years. So I was sort of expecting some sort of interrogation. But not so... I was treated like a trusted friend both upon pick-up and drop-off. And the price was very reasonable.

Pros: Liked the backup cam and gas usage. The staff was helpful. The car was clean but there was what looked like duct tape residue on the outside of the doors. Still it was a good price/value.
Cons: Didn't know I needed to bring my rental agreement with me for the inspection. Also the Alamo sign is very small making it hard to find the rental counter in the airport. (It's the same counter as the national car rental.)

Didn't even get to rent a car from Alamo
Pros: The lady at the desk was nice.
Cons: I could rent a car from this location due to not having a credit card I only had a debit card. Even though nothing on the website mentioned it.

Excellent in all aspects!
Pros: From reserving online to drop off everything went smooth. Staff was friendly, efficient, and informative.
Cons: Honestly can not think of anything negative to report at all.

Pros: The SUV was a great ride easy check in and out no issues.
Cons: It was a little dirty but not a real issue. Chocolate chip cookie in. Up holder and wrappers behind seats. Thanks to the new car smell.
Cons: I was told the extra insurance was 25 dollars. I was NOT told that it was $25.00 a day for every day I kept the vehicle.

Pros: They didn't have a compact so I got an upgrade!! Enjoyed the vehicle very much.
Cons: There was a billing error, but we were able to get it corrected.

Travelled with baby for a week in this rental
Pros: Infant car seat available for rent
Easily changed my reservation drop-off location at no charge
Courteous staff at pick-up waited for me as I struggled to get my luggage mid-check-in
Economy-size vehicle had adequate trunk space for what I needed
Cons: Had to install infant car seat by myself because Enterprise considers it a liability issue- I had a lot of trouble, no help and a crying baby as I struggled to install it on my own after they said they would try and help me as best they could.
No EZ pass available per my request, said they would bill me through an administrative office
Car seat was filled with crumbs, I had to wipe it out before putting my baby in it
Cons: Website says you can use debit card, but you get there and they refuse to allow you to use a debit card, so you have to use a credit card.
This is misleading and false advertising, and can be extremely inconvenient if you don't happen to have a backup credit card prepared.

Pros: The sales person was also nice and courteous. She was very helpful and assisted my sister in renting a car back to Lubbock. Much more helpful than the other company at the airport.
Cons: When I went to return the car, the gentleman who checks your rental agreement to allow you to enter was quite rude. Very demanding as he grabbed my information.
Cons: Vehicle said it needed to have oil changed there was sticky stuff all over the vehicle

Disfunction to say the least.
Pros: Nothing at all.
Cons: Picking up the vehicle was interesting. Being forced to take an expedition instead of the one I ordered. Air bag cover was ripped, vehicle broke down. Called Avis to report it and was told someone was on the way. One hour and twenty minutes later they arrived. In the mean time, this caused the rental contract to be late. They charged me a late fee on top of another insurance fee. The counter representative lied and gave me a phone number to call. The customer represenative actual told me (It is not our fault the vehicle broke down, so why should Avis be respondsible for it). I have never been treat like this and will be taking my personal and professional business to another rental company.
