Pros: We got a free upgrade, and the car was very comfortable. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful, and the free additional driver was a real bonus.
Cons: We rented from Aspen, Colorado in early January and the temperature was 4 F (-15 C) on the day we picked the car up, with snow and ice covering all the roads, so I was surprised to learn that the car was not fitted with winter/snow tyres. The all weather tyres did make the drive pretty scary at times!

Pros: Pickup was great
Cons: When I picked up I asked SPECIFICALLY if I could use another credit card when I dropped it off, AND that I would drop off early in the AM. When I dropped it off the desk was closed, I left a not request that charge be put on different credit card. No Reply. When I called them they said it would not be possible unless we were there in person (we had already flown out) VERY POOR SERVICE. I would have stopped during the week if I knew the situation.

Cons: Unable to solve problems in store and handle simple issues.

Pros: The car was new. The employees friendly and helpful
Cons: the Gunnison office did not open until 9am and I did not know that when I made the reservations. What if I needed to leaver earlier. When I tried to call the office after 9am no one answered.

Pros: Staff was courteous and friendly.
Cons: The "premium" sedan I had reserved was "upgraded" to a compact SUV, a Ford Escape. If this is an upgrade, I'm sure the sedan was really disappointing! The rental rate was outrageously expensive! Over $200 for a one day, one way rental! I will never rent a car for this trip again!

Pros: Nice car.
Cons: I got insurance online when I booked. The agent was a little rude to me when I picked up the car cuz I didn't buy her insurance. How was I to know I was getting 3rd party insurance?
Pros: quick car pickup - but apparently gave me the wrong car
Cons: when returning the car, the agent found out that when the original agent made a mistake. This caused a delay in the return, putting me dangerously close to losing my flight. Also they overcharged me for child carseats twice. Car wasnt very clean.
Cons: Enterprise had no car for me because they had overbooked. I had to scramble at the last minute to find another car that cost more. The local agency said I would have to call the 800 number to get compensation for the additional cost and the supervisor on the 800 line said they could do nothing because that had to be handled by the local agency. Everybody was very sorry. A sorry operation indeed.
