Cons: The customer service was terrible at the Miami location. My husband and I took a taxi from our cruise ship to budget and was informed that they were out of cars. We had made reservations for the car prior to our arrival. The woman at the front desk was very unprofessional and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. If it says that cars are available than the company should ensure that they have the cars. The manager sat in his office and didn't even come to talk to us. Many customers left because of it and budget lost out on business. I have rented cars from various car rental companies and never had such terrible customer service. The employee at budget brushed us off and even took awhile to greet us when we got there. She was talking to other employees and doing everything but paying attention to her customers. She even left for 10 minutes

Pros: Quick and easy.
Cons: Office signs. It was difficult to find the location in Orlando.
