Pros: The only good thing during the pickup was the price and the free bottle of water.
Cons: It took us an hour and a half to get our vehicle. They should not be allowed to rent vehicles they do not have, or at a minimum, are not due back at least 8 hours before it is due to go out again. While they were polite enough, polite does not get me on the road.
The car was okay, but the driver's side seat belt mechanism was very tough to use and the info display started telling us we had a low tire on the way home. Even after putting air in the tire, it remained on.

Worst wait times/left with no car
Cons: When we got their, there were about 5 people waiting for their vehicle. After waiting 20mins to be helped, we were told they did NOT have any cars available yet and their were all those people waiting aswell.
We were told we needed to wait an additional 45mins to get a car in and have it washed.
We were not able to wait all that time so we just left with no car.
Very frustrating experience!

Cons: No antenna, so we didn't have any music to listing too. And when I got the car it only had a 1/4 of the tank. Luckily I looked down and noticed it . Before I went out of town

Pros: Customer service was outstanding, Maria went above and beyond expecting, I know getting people helped in the rental car business must be very hectic. I came in at the end of her work day.You would have thought I was her first customer of the day, she was so pleasant. She is an asset to enterprise. Unfortunately these days customer service at most places is severely lacking, not with Maria though. You have a new customer for life.

Chevy Sonic Rental
Pros: Bright Red easy-to-drive car. Excellent gas mileage. Customer Service was superb!
Cons: I reserved a car to pick up as soon as the location opened but the evening before I was suppose to pick it up I got a confirmation email stating I wasn't getting it until noon (incorrect). Because of this error, whether system issue or not, we ended up having to take the "only vehicle available" which cost us twice the money. The reason I booked Avis to begin with was because of the reasonable price but this was really disappointing to pay more for an error that was not my fault. Not to mention, I find it hard to believe in the no-where land of Yuma that the vehicle issued was the ONLY one available considering it was only a few hours after the time I had requested. We were forced to use Avis in that moment because we had time restraints for travel but had I had the option to switch I would have based off this experience.
Cons: tried way to hard to upsell. like 8 different things. the windshield was chipped. they make you sign the walk around sheet before you even walk leave the counter, then don't even have anyone out there when you walk around the car yourself.
