Decent location , hotel ok.
I’ve waited to leave this review to reflect properly as understandably these are stressful times for many people . We asked to defer ( not a refund ) the stay due to the Coronavirus situation and Denmark being put on lockdown. This request was rejected. Staff seemed extremely arrogant . I was informed by one member of their team that “ we have no revenue” as a reason for rejecting this requested. Deferring would have allowed us to have a better experience , perhaps later in the year and Radisson Blu to retain the money we paid. A company that will not look out for you in times of trouble. Absolutely will not stop in a Radisson Blu again for that reason. They can reply how ever they like , I tried to raise a formal complaint , they couldn’t have looked less interested.

Fantastic view to the city from very high building. Everything is clean and working. Staff was very helpful. Good workplace in the room (keep in mind that you see THIS view). Heating works properly (was important in February).
Location is not perfect (20 min to center on foot). The neighborhood is very dark in the evening and there are no cafes/restaurants near the hotel (only in the hotel itself, but I cannot say I liked it).

Room partly cleaned, Garbage bin in bathroom not empty. Overcrowded breakfast but actually without sufficient seat and waiting long time for staff to clean as they both were standing talking or writing on their mobile telephone for a long time and simply didn't care. Long time for check-out (20+ minutes) as only one counter open and it was with a person who was being trained. Maybe the more experienced staff doing the training could have taken over to get the line shorter and get guests out but when someone asked for that the answer was "we all have to learn, you also started one day"....

Extremely clean, great location and the Copenhagen casino is located in the hotel lobby. And the entry fee was completely free for the hostel guests!
Had to ask 3 times to the staff to give us water.
