Excellent location. Chilled out venue and attentive, friendly staff.
Ground floor room faced directly onto pub outdoor drinking area across lane. Somewhat noisy but could have been alot worse. Like most Dublin hotels at this level it was a good standard but overpriced for a short stay.

this is not a dog friendly hotel. I booked a deluxe king room at a premium rate with booking.com I was given a small "dog friendly" room that was too small for myself, my daughter and my french bulldog. The bathroom had just one small basin and the balcony was just above the hotel's smoking area. My complaints fell on deaf ears.

The room was very good, cleanliness excellent, staff friendly and helpful and location perfect. It was an easy 20-25 minute stroll into the heart of Dublin city.
The water pressure and temperature in our first room was poor. The second time we stayed it was excellent. Breakfast was included in our booking when we stayed the first time and was good but the cooked breakfast took a long time to arrive on the first morning so we needed to make sure we allowed enough time the following mornings.

After travelling for 30 hours from Australia, we were so happy to be able to go into our room on arrival even though it was far earlier than check in time. The breakfast was very good & the service great. The concierge was extremely helpful & sat down with us and a map & devised a walking tour for us. Appreciated fresh milk in the fridge as I HATE UHT milk!
This didn't bother me too much & am only mentioning it to improve your services. When we got to our room there was some plastic rubbish left on the chair; the wrappings from the water bottles. We asked for more tea bags & had to ring down to remind reception after an half hour wait. There was also no face washers left when the room was serviced. None of this would put me off staying again but thought you would like to know.
