There is no doubt that this raid is the most beautiful one in my entire Moroccan trip (I changed my riad daily XD), as it is located a bit far away from the center, it is quite quiet and relaxing. The house is elegance with the professional staff, they are hard working and sincere, the service provided just like in a hotel. The breakfast is delicious.
some renovation area outside the riad & a bit far away from center, but you can have a full view of Fez here and see the other aspect of Fez. That's nice.

our room opened to the pool and so didn't feel so private.. and had no window to the outside really.. just to the pool which was inside
