Located on Historic Route 66, nestled among cool ponderosa pines. The Travelodge Flagstaff is the ideal place to stay while you explore the many wonders of Northern Arizona. Relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air with family and friends.
not much just cheapPros: PriceCons: Staff, breakfast, room cleanliness and old quality.
locationPros: closeness to downtown shopping/dining area was about all this Travelodge had going for it.Cons: girl at the check in counter was bored and very up front about it. got into our assigned room and it smelled, there were two huge stains on the disgusting bed spread, and when we walked back out to go ask for another room, a maintenance guy told us not to touch the door because he had just painted it (too late). we were given a different, much cleaner room, but the refrigerator made an obnoxious clicking sound the entire time, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, and the "full sized" towels left for us were basically just glorified hand towels. will not be staying again.
Affordable DestinationPros: My wife and I spent our anniversary weekend at the travel lodge and enjoyed it. The prices were affordable, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and we had no complaints.
Pros: Good location. Easy to get around.Cons: Continental breakfast with out Fruit?
Pros: - friendly staff
- good wifi
- close to dowtownCons: - directly on the street (little bit loud)
Pros: Reasonable prices on Labor Day weekend when other chains raised rates. Neat, clean. Free breakfast but . . . Cons: ... why not some healthier choices at the breakfast bar? WiFi was very slow.
Budget travelingPros: Cheap, close to grand canyon and Sedona.Cons: our fridge made a humming sound all night! we couldn't turn it off the first time night since we had a bunch of food with us.
Train passes by frequently which is annoying and the water was turned off for a bit.
Good value, great staffPros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was excellent, although I did hear others in line checking in that were paying a higher rate than I got online.Cons: Train tracks right outside the hotel woke me up about 3-4 times in the night.
Safe and unassuming place hotelPros: Location on historic route, retro decor and a decent breakfast selection Cons: The noisy trains that continually rolled through just across the highway sounding like a group of motorcycles.
Clean, friendly, 2 miles from downtown Pros: Nice stay, quietCons: Further from downtown, but is only 2 miles away. Flagstaff is a beautiful city with great people and bars!
Pros: Clean, comfy bed, good price, heater warmed up the room quickly.Cons: LOUD neighbors every night. People were playing music, talking loudly (at one point we heard a woman screaming angrily, "GET OUT!!!"). People were knocking loudly on our neighbor's door every 5 minutes - they were banging so loudly we thought a couple times that they were knocking on our door... and all this was at 4-5AM.
Pros: Really close to town center and businesses.Cons: Cleaning people in the morning tossed our blankets on the chair, that was it. Fridge and lights were broken. Surge protector and outlet broken.
