Pros:I was traveling with my disabled friend. Lucas in the restaurant went way above and beyond to help us with our orders and meal
Cons:Accessible room wasn't very accessible. The bed was too high for the disabled person in the party to get into. The alternative was the sleeper sofa. The sofa wasn't made up, the sheets didn't fit, and the mattress was very thin for an adult. The shower/bathroom was excellent

Pros:Very quiet and comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. We checked out after a 4 night stay to cruise, and then returned for a few hours as our plane back to UK was only in the evening. Even though we were no longer technically guests, we were received warmly by vivacious and gracious Jessica to hang out for a few hours and take shuttle to airport. She in particular was most hospitable and accommodating. How glitches are remedied is more important than the glitch and reflects on the ethos of the hotel. When our dinner was rather late being served because of a computer glitch which didn't register our order, we were not charged. (It was a good dinner too.)

Pros:Convenient location for airport and cruise lines. Plenty of walking destinations. Quiet pool. TV service has a guide to channels and what’s on. Shuttle to airport took about 5 minutes.

Pros:Nothing. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
Cons:Grossly misrepresented on the website, actual hotel bears no resemblance to the marketing. This is a former Comfort and Holiday Inn Express hotel that is under heavy construction to turn it into a Sheraton Four Points. There is no Sheraton branding on the hotel and I would not be surprised if the other brands dropped this hotel and Sheraton does not know its name is being used. Massively overpriced for what it is. Rooms are poor, not even any toiletries (even the shower dispensers were empty), strip mall neighborhood, common areas are gross and under construction, parking lot (which is at least free) is badly lit and flooded when it rains. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Pros:The staff was great; very accommodating. Room was very nice and clean. We had a room with 1 bed but had a fold out sofa bed-however we did not need the extra bed. It is close to the highway and off a Main Street which made it easy to get places. The continental breakfast was good; they offered eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, pastries, bagels, oatmeal, juices, milk, tea and coffee.
Cons:The TV only had a few channels that worked- very basic television offered. Breakfast room was small and always full so it made space to eat very cramped and most of he time none at all. We were very lucky our room was a couple doors down so we got our food and ate it in our room. If we wanted some more or something else, we just went and got it and brought it back to our room.

Cons:To start with, this is not a Sheraton Property. They are in the process of trying to become a Sheraton hotel, but do not have any of the amenities open one would expect from a Four Points hotel. If there is more than 4 people in the lobby trying to check in it is very uncomfortable as the lobby is very very small. Also, first thing in the morning, without knocking or any sort of announcing themselves, housekeeping just walked right into the room. Had we not been expecting a Four Points hotel, this would have been fine for a 1 night stay, but it is absolutely not as advertised.
