Close to the beach, spa was lovely

Staff werent very friendly or approachable and never seemed to want to help. The air-conditioning wasn't working in the room and although it got fixed, a reminder was needed and it meant not having a double bed in the new room.

Location is very good pool is nice with a lovely view of the beach and sea. nice and relaxing. good games room also to enjoy some fun

in the room it says would you like a late check out and we had a late flight when we ask for this they point black said no don't understand why they have signs all over for it.

I booked 2 rooms, and I only stayed for 1 day. Very small room and tiny beds. You have to pay for using the fridge in the room, that is surprisingly for rent!!! Everything could be heard from adjacent rooms. Very noisy AC. Only one power outlet available in the room and it was in the bathroom (so you have to disconnect the AC or TV from the power outlets for instance, charging your phone, unless you do it in the bathroom)… In resume, for a price of 160 euros per night per room I paid, I would have expected something better. You just pay for the location, be advised. For that price there are much better hotels in Fuengirola.
