The good location in the city center, but quiet ( no traffic). Very nice and helpful staff-especially Husto. Room was clean. Good breakfast. I really recommend this place to stay

Spotlessly clean clean clean! Rooms are extremely well insulated. Air conditioning is the most well functioning and silent I have ever heard. Bed is comfortable and looks new. Personnel is nice, discreet and efficient. The position is great, right next to the Cathedral and 20 min walk to the Alhambra or to the Albaicin. Cleanliness to me is 5 stars, while service not more than 3 stars superior, so well the average is 4 :) I had a great time, thank you!
Minor things. There were no slippers nor conditioner, which would be basically irrelevant if the hotel werent 4 stars. I found breakfast bad: eggs are pre-cooked, the toaster is bizarre and fills the room with a constant annoying noise, pastry look poor quality, coffee comes from an automatic machine. Nice note: fresh fruit and muesli. You dont really need to have breakfast there anyway, the hotel is in the right center of Granada, a step away from great typical bars and bakeries. Hard tall pillows, a bit old fashion - but I asked and got a softer one right away. I would add a light blanket for the mid-seasons. No special price for double room single use.

“The room was comfortable with lovely shower and bed. The staff were unbelievably helpful and we couldn't have wished for a better location.”
“Loved the helpfulness of the hotel - we were able to check in early after a long overnight flight (so kind of Trinidad to help with) and they helped with questions about transportation, food and highlights of Granada. The room was very clean and modern - appreciated the common shared space with couches and TV to help with relaxing at the hotel.”

“The staff were very warm and welcoming on arrival, always a good sign! The hotel is based on a little square, just two mins from the cathedral. The Alhambra is about 20mis walk away, really easy to reach everywhere from here. There are numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was a good size; not massive but not too small either. We had breakfast one day, a hot and cold buffet for 8 euro, which was good value. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Granada.”
