Comfy bed, central location - we walked to the historic city centre from there. Very nice staff at reception, nkthing was too much trouble for them - they brought a weighing scale for my friend to weigh her bags. My request for an iron was dealt with in no time. Excellent service
Room had a kettle that was very dirty and there was no where obvious to plug it in. We had to use a socket close to the floor skirting and put thr kettle on the floor to boil! Noisy and old airconditioning system.

Breakfast was good, building was amazing as was the location. I would stay again, I think the rooms could do with a little updating, ie carpets, bathroom worktops, apart from that it was great.

I thought our superior room up in the attic was not really “superior” .. it had no view nor any thing to identifiably make it “superior”

Rooms were spacious and good location.
Rooms were not soundproof. My room faced San Anton street, noise from road and foot traffic early hours of the morning made for a disturbed sleep. Rooms could use an upgrade. Staff were not very attentive.
