The staff are friendly, flexible and most of them fluent in english as well they are very good in relation of customer service and management
The only think that it felt negative for me is the resevation of an amount of money after I paid the whole invoice and it was deducted from my credit card after 3 days time which I already spoke to the accounting department and promised they will solve it otherwise the whole experience was very good

Leaving....
Beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Not enough towels everyday for two persons. Too far from anything by walking, hostage hotel with extremely high prices in any of the four restaurants. No porter service to help with or bags after a three week trip, 70 year old and 82 year old widows. I would not suggest staying at this hotel, it is not more than a three star hotel with lipstick. Worst choice of my four hotels in Germany!
