Hotel looks really nice - nicer than others: big & clean swimming pool, clean private beach, security. There are some day activities / games so people don't get bored. The animation staff are really friendly - specially Malek. The room gets cleaned every day. Really happy about all this.
Soooo disappointed to see the hotel waiters becoming so rude when you don't leave tips on one day. They don't even reply to ''Good morning'' next day. Hotel management should take some action about this!!! Even if t's an Adult Only hotel, some music would be nice during the day! Just for a couple of hours. There is music only during Aqua Fitness. Sometimes it's just too quiet / boring without activities or music. Could do with some improvements - i.e the ping pong balls + the net are broken so can't really play.

Any 5 Star hotel in Tunisia they don't run A/C in any room from 1st Oct to 15th May, no matter what the weather is like, and when you ask for the A/C in your room they tell you it's not A/C season. Also about WI-FI in one week, you be very lucky if you get it anywhere in the hotel for 1 hour. And the food and sweets its always the same all over the hotels I visit
