Breakfast was perfect, staff is friendly. Maybe overly friendly! but I think they are doing a good job. I would definitely recommend.
Rooms grade explanation was not done properly when we check in. Anyway it was not an issue but would have been better.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They learnt our names and were always interested in what we had planned and how they could help. Our flight from the UK landed very early in the morning - the reception and housekeeping team ended up prioritising our room so we were able to check in more than 4 hours early - we were so grateful for that! The location of the hotel is right next to a beautiful lake - at the weekend we were there they closed off the roads and there was a fun carnival atmosphere.
The hotels rooftop bar seemed to be closed for refurbishment so will be great when that re-opens.

Service from staff was next level perfect and the location couldn't have been better. The room itself was the largest one in the hotel and well worth the little extra to secure it. A private balcony where I was served dinner by candlelight and a lazy late breakfast. Just perfect in every regard.
