Pros: The pool
Cons: Yes the smell, the yellow strained sheets, house keeping not making the bed or taking garbage out, the breakfast wasn't great
Pros: Nothing really. For us the location was good
Cons: It was filthy. The elevator and halls really stunk. The lobby , the breakfast room and our room had not been dusted for a long time. Our room was a fire hazard. Extension cords everywhere.
Pros: Location
Cons: Just because the hotel is a bit outdated, there is absolutely no excuse for poor workmanship ... Um the lack of general maintenance! I am disappointed in the stay. For the price I had higher expectations.
Pros: Location
Cons: First room was used (not cleaned.) The maid never came in to our 2nd room. We had to get tp and towels from the front desk. The layout of the building was very confusing. It looked as if it were haphazard.
Pros: Great staff good location best value in Helena.
Pros: proximity to interstate, and close to shopping and sights
Cons: Smokey. I had read in a previous review that there was popcorn on a stairwell throughout someone's entire stay. That popcorn is still there.
Check out is at 11 the housekeeper started knocking on doors at 9 am to 'clean' the room. There is no signs to do not disturb that I could not leave my room and not worry about someone being in my room and going thru my things, we will not be back to this motel, plus updates are needed badly seems as you are taking a trip into the 60's where nothing has changed since then
Pros: The front desk attendant was great that was the only good point of this stay The room was not up to clean standards , the floor was not vacuumed the sheets and over blankets are not changed, there are so many drunk ppl that we around felt unsafe.
Cons: The cleaning crew are two pre release looking males who were cussing in my 6 year old presence and talking about MILF 's and how nasty they are.we were on 3rd floor and did not sleep we heared everything the min u fall asleep someone would bang on wall
It was easy to find. I don't plan on ever returning.
Pros: It was very quiet and the staff were very friendly. The kids had fun in the pool.
Cons: It was old and not very clean. The breakfast was gross.
Cons: I did not appreciate the banging on my door at 3am.
The hotel was fine for the price and location. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either.
Pros: Great price, great location, nice pool area, tasty breakfast...
Cons: Two of our four lamps didn't work, a couple of them had cracked, gross-looking shades; there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.
Found that changes with our Priceline reservations were difficult or impossible to make.
Pros: The staff did a fine job of accomodating us.
Cons: Unfortunately, Priceline did not provide the best price. I mistakenly booked the room of two persons rather than for four persons. The motel charged us for an additional two persons ($20/night more). I am sore about this. May not us Priceline again.
