The window blinds are way too far in front of the windows to block out any morning light, waking us up at 530am each day. Blackout curtains or something similar are needed.

I was asked to pay €20 ‘tax’ in the morning, which I did not expect. Also the lift was not working in the morning, which meant a struggle to carry 2 heavy cases from the top floor.
