Everything! I had a seaview room, so my view was really amazing. The staff was always so professional, courteous, and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had excellent amenities, such as a bar, restaurant, spa, and gym. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Rooms are nicely decorated with nice tv and mirror, we were lucky enough to get a beautiful sunset view. Bathroom needs renovations cracked sink and unclean looking tiles
We specifically booked this hotel and spa for use of the spa which was very disappointing and run down dirty pool with a large piece of rubber pipe we had to remove from the bottom of the pool. Jacuzzi is freezing cold when asked staff member he said we know it’s cold it is what it is suana wasn’t on have you request for it to be out on and wait to warm up. We unfortunately wouldn’t book here again as what was meant to be a relaxing afternoon was just stressful and cold. Shame as the hotel has so much potential to be good

I thought the location was incredible. Front line sea views and you could see Dalt Vila from our balcony. Reasonably priced drinks in the barThe. 10 euro in a cab to Ibiza town.
The only thing was the spa was too cold. The jacuzzi was cold. It was a cold wintery day. So it would have been nice for it to be hot.
