San Antonio

The location is amazing and the staff is really helpful and kind. The experience of the pool next to the cliff is a fantastic one. All the amenities ( both the rooms and the pool) remain clean all the time thanks to the non stop work of the staff.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is really nice. And the pool is a dream come true. Relax atmosphere with great views! And even in a windy day, on the rooms and pool area it was almost not noticeable.

Breakfast was epic. Spa was amazing with the best massage. Staff were great. Views and pool was amazing. Great location outside all the main tows which made it very peaceful and perfect for couples and for us on our honeymoon.

Free coffee in the room. They had a coffee machine but didn't include any pods for free. With the price of the room being a luxury hotel this should of been provided along with free water to use in the machine as you can't use the tap water.

From the very moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we walked out...every aspect of our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The entire staff, amenities, the view and breakfast was all amazing. The staff was the most polite and accompanying experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.

With the odd exception of not being able to flush toilet paper, I’m assuming bc of old piping...not one thing I can speak on that I didn’t thoroughly enjoy.

The view is as incredible as it looks on the photos on booking.com - we were upgraded to the San Antonio Suite with private balcony and private jacuzzi room. The degustation at the cliffside restaurant exceeded our expectations considerably and was on par with many fine-dining experiences we've had across the world. Superb service (extremely attentive maid who when we accidentally left our luggage open folded/hung up all of our clothes, which went far above and beyond what we were expecting!), and big shout-out to Nicholas who was our waiter for the degustation and worked at the bar. Mezze platter for lunch was great value and delicious - far beyond the quality of food you would generally get at poolside dining. On balance, a good location because much more private and spacious than places in Thira/Oia, but note it is an hour's walk to either Thira/Oia.

A bit of a walk to the main towns (Thira and Oia), but it's a nice walk and something most visitors to Santorini should/would do anyway. Getting back from those towns at night is inconvenient though, and will cost 20 euros (whether by private taxi or the hotel shared van) despite only being a ten min drive.
