Nice bed, good AC and a BATH!! In the bathroom. Drinking water provided and room cleaned every day if we wanted. Very lovely staff, friendly and always smiling. Helped us book taxis and often checked that we were enjoying our stay.
Amenities were a little outdated (old chunky tv) and shower got cold pretty quickly, but for the price you can’t really complain. Main issue was that the location was a little out of reach from most things, walkable but a bit difficult in the heat. Half an hour walk away from main beach, but hosts did provide scooter rental.

The place is very clean and comfortable. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Very easy to reach Ao Nang if have a bike and there is the local market every Wednesday and Saturday just walking distance.

Clean room. Bath seals are a little dirty.
Localization - between hotel and beaches there is a green space without lights, so way to the hotel at night was a little scary. Personel didn't give us the Wifi password.

Nothing. It was a horrible experience which I don’t recommend to anyone.
Do not book here !! * Ants in bedroom * Very far from the restaurants and the beach and VERY expensive to go to down town. * dress shop is the reception (limited hours) * no shuttle bus * WiFi very poor * only 1 key * close to mosque which wakes you up at 4/5am * noisy road that doesn’t allow you to sleep during the morning. Terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!
