Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location,quiet when I stayed due to corona virus.

Food disappointing,went to Coast restaurant and they had run out of the seafood platter for two. Ordered room service one night and my partner did not receive the right dish. Ended up eating mostly in AoNang,the beach steakhouse grill has divine food. Just a short tuk tuk ride from the pier

Beautiful views. great reception team-easy and professional check in and out. The pool and beach area were beautiful. The rooms were big with nice bathrooms.

there was a leak coming out the light in the ceiling on the dressing table (not a small amount of water) and the tv didn’t work at all. Very expensive food and drinks, 1400 thb for a steak (around £37) and then you had to add sides. We had a Thai buffet on one of the nights, which wasn’t great and that cost us 1500 thb per person (around £40) the wine was very expensive too. Compared to other hotels we stayed in whilst in Thailand our bills were always very high, but the food was much lower quality.

Beautiful setting, quite secluded beach, good breakfast, huge room and enormous size beds.

The beach isn't that pretty during low tide. Very price food and drinks. Very little activities/entertainment in the hotel. The thai show was a joke...

Fabulous location, really big resort with great breakfast and good bar by the pool, reasonable fitness centre and cool Monkey trial which can bring you to the town centre. We had a great time except few bits which were annoying and you wouldn’t expect to see in 5* hotel.

!!!When I booked a room I have ticked a box to arrange a transfer, however no one got back to me. I had to contact the resort myself and what I received was email from some customer service and lady is asking for our flight details. I have send it over, but never received a confirmation it’s booked. And of course by our arrival no one was in airport, so we had figured it out ourselves how to get to our hotel. It wasn’t the end, as when taxi dropped us at the pier we had to wait for an hour for the next boat as it’s not every 30 min like they advised on website. Be aware it’s a resort with a private territory the price is x 2 times more than at any other places. Yes, it’s a 5* hotel, but for this money the service is actual no more than 3* maximum, some stuff is rude and can’t really speak English. I do understand it’s a big resort, but you wouldn’t expect to see towels on the floor or plats left on the stairs for 2 days. Really important thing when you check in they will ask for a deposit £360, which they haven’t mentioned anywhere. as it’s not a small amount I think it should be marked somewhere. Hope it helps!

Fabulous location. Perfect for couples and families who enjoy a quiet, secluded vacation away from all the hustle and bustle of the Island. The monkey trail is a fun experience to access the Ao Nang beach by foot instead of the Hotel Ferry.

The property is slightly dated and the rooms need to be renovated. The drawback to the Monkey Trail is that it may not be suitable for children and older couples.
