The hotel was very comfortable. The reception staff was friendly und helpful. Location: 10 mins by bus to the "Jubilat" bus station (Wawel) and from here 5 mins to the city centre by tram.
The walls between rooms are too thin.

The bar had no atmosphere at all.. Also no tables to just relax in the bar (in the lounge there were, but it seemed the didn't serve there). Bar personel bad in english.
