Great location, room was small but had everything you needed and it was great value for money.
I came here for my 4-day sightseeing in London. The location is easy to find and the staff are friendly. Everything is good. The room is clear and nice in reasonable price. I love it and definitely will come again!
My room was in G/F, which means sometimes I can hear the noise of the road or from the another room nearby, sometimes are quite annoying. Other than that, I cannot think of any problems.
Close location to Earl’s Court Underground station, which is connected to Piccadilly and District Lines, and several bus stops to go to downtown area. Plenty of halal restaurants around, and Salisbury supermarket which opens until midnight is very convenient as well.
The elevator was not working when we arrived and throughout our 4 days stay, therefore taking the luggage to our room is quite a big task especially when we have a small child traveling with us. But the staff was kind enough to assist us. Room size is quite small, but manageable.
Finally air conditioning!!! That felt amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice room.
Only bad thing was the lift being broken. Not easy being on the top floor with 2 suitcases.
A good location close to restaurants, museums, etc. A quiet street made for a good night's sleep, with a very comfortable bed in the room. The room was very clean and well appointed.
The lift wasn't working during my stay, so this meant hauling my heavy case up a couple of flights of stairs. Time to start packing lighter!!
