No elevator or assistance with baggage at check in. Room and bed looked and felt like it hadn't been touched in weeks. The shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold. Beds were uncomfortable

The room had no bedside lamps and there was only the intense room light. Bit tatty in places.

It was a convenient location as only a 5min walk to coach station etc
Could hear footsteps around entire place and sound carried. Could have been cleaned better, whole place just felt in need of an overhaul. Dining room for breakfast, we walked in sat down then got up and left, I've been to hostels with better dining areas.
