Pros: The room was well set out with an extra bed for a 3rd adult. The beds were all comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent so we all got a good nights sleep. Useful in room safe and tea/ coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a wide ranging fresh buffet and hot food cooked to order. The best thing however was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special as my daughter celebrated her 21st birthday. They arranged a bottle of Prosseco and chocolate strawberries as well as a card and balloons! Fantastic and huge thanks go to Beth and Kostatin for all their care and attention. The restaurant was also excellent, a new experience for us to have Peruvian food and the staff were helpful with reccommendations.

Pros: The location of this hotel is great. We were able to walk to so many sites from the hotel. We also liked that there were two Underground stations nearby. That made it convenient getting to and from the airport without taking a car service. The room was nice, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. We also like the option to include breakfast with our stay.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The decor of the room was very nice. The bar was very nice, great Bellini’s!
Cons: The view from the room wasn’t nice. Afterwards I found I could have got the room quite a bit cheaper if i’d searched more. It would be nice to be offered the cheapest price initially

Pros: Good location and friendly staff
Cons: Having to send staff away who were hassling us for a turn down which we did not want early evening. Receiving a text about check out at 7.30am!

Cons: The housekeeping each day was just okay. Some days they didn't give us more than one wash cloth (there were two of us) and other days they left the windows open in our room. We were also disappointed with the breakfast each day. We would've like the buffet to include a few more options for the price. On the mornings that we ordered breakfast from the kitchen, it was often slow and the service was not that great. Other than those minor things, we enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street.

Cons: It should be advised that one bedroom rooms are not suited for two persons, since spaces are very limited. Nevertheless, worthy if you don´t mind to navigate within reduced spaces or if you are light in travel.

Pros: We told them it was our anniversary and checked in to find champagne and chocolate cake in our room. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and beautiful. Decor was lovely. Service was amazing. Location was right near Embankment stop for the tube. Kerrington’s restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing. Be sure to dress up for dinner. Morning buffet in the North Hall offered lots of choices. Restroom has audio of local actors reading prose and poetry.

Pros: The Corinthia is a luxurious hotel with several lovely bars, a wonderful afternoon tea, beautiful flowers and spacious, beautiful rooms. But what I liked most about the hotel was the service. From the time we arrived - wait, no, even BEFORE we arrived, we were treated warmly and respectfully. Our original flight was canceled, so I called the hotel directly to let them know. The representative was lovely and kind (much nicer than anyone at United Airlines), and helped us extend our stay by a day to make up for our missing our original schedule. Then, when we finally did arrive at the Corinthia, we appreciated the attentiveness of the reception staff and the personal tour of the property. Our room was even more delightful than we expected from the photos. We engaged the concierge and bell staff for a variety of things, including helping me with my lost luggage, and each member of the staff was unfailing polite and helpful. Finally, we enjoyed a drink at the Kerridge's Bar - and we were so enamored with the decor and atmosphere that we canceled our existing dinner reservation and were able to be seated in the restaurant. Our meal was the best we had while in London - especially the mushroom risotto (which isn't really risotto, as they will explain) and the fish and chips (yep, this 2-starred Michelin restaurant serves fish and chips and it is DIVINE). I look forward to taking my husband back to this hotel and highly recommend it for all.

They kept replenishing the breakfast area as well. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying in our room longer than we thought as we had a terrace and everything was so nice and comfortable. Really liked the bar area too.

Pros: Perfect location and the staff were amazing. So friendly and always smiling - nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and light. The bed was very comfortable and free bottle waters were a nice touch. Amazing en-suite, nice powerful shower.
Cons: I didn't like the perfume pumped through the air-con in the corridors and bedrooms. Infact we had to be moved as I suffer from asthma and it was effecting my breathing to a none perfumed floor (5) and room. The corridors are too dark, felt like a ship..

Pros: Perfect location, lovely room and staff were amazing. Def would recommend and some back. Shout out to restaurant staff who were superb, especially Vicky.
Cons: Just personal things...no bath, no mat for shower and no loo brush. Also quite "tourist" orientated with a price on practically everything in room, if you wanted?!

Pros: The facilities in terms of restaurants and bars. Very central.

Pros: Great pillows & bed. Thomas was fantastic & very helpful in directions. The check in staff did not advise that reservations were necessary for the rooftop bar - our 3 guests arrived, my husband requested the lift they called up & said it was ok. When my husband & guests got to the rooftop, they were seated in the restaurant. I managed to get it sorted out & we were “squeezed” in - very embarrassing. Your staff needs to advise hotel guests that RESERVATIONS are required.

Pros: Good location and adequate hotel and room. Friendly front desk staff. Quality bed furnishings - good linens. Decent bathroom and Molton Brown supplies.
Cons: Value for money - this hotel was similarly priced to 5 star London hotels but it does not deliver a similar experience. Housekeeping consisted of having the bed made (no turn down service or tidying). Poor hairdryer and minibar (they’ve opted for an ‘all inclusive’ style minibar which consists of water and Coca Cola, no snacks at all - would rather a chargeable bar with wider selection if that is how the hotel intends to play it). Breakfast is weird - they have a buffet and a la carte style (all a la carte items are charged additionally - fine but not fine to charge for a cappuccino or any other type of coffee that is not filter).

Pros: Hotel location and rooms were outstanding. Within walking distance of almost every site and restaurant area we wanted to visit.
Cons: Buyer beware: We were charged a "flexible rate" at check out which meant we were charged a different rate for each day of our stay. Pros: Good location, all is very modern and clean.
Cons: We did not feel like we are in hotel. Not for that price. The room was tiny. Going to the room requered to open few doors and some with a card. It is not what you expect from 4 starts maybe from a motel.

Pros: -Staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating when I asked to move rooms as mine was in another part of the hotel away from my traveling companion. -Beds super comfortable
Cons: -For the price that we paid, I would have expected the rooms to be much bigger, and in general to be much nicer. (Also, they have these horrid faux fur throws on the end of the bed. Why? It adds nothing in terms of style and is outdated) -No bar or restaurant although they provide places locally to get a bite to eat. -The hotel is split into two parts and the hallways are so dark you can get a bit lost.

Pros:
Cons: Room was like a dungeon. Very disappointing.
6.3 Good
Pros: All the staff were great, very friendly and wanting to help.
Cons: I didn't like the room, we were given a disabled room with disabled fixtures and fittings in the bathroom, I didn't request this and wasn't informed about it, the first I new was when we got to the room. Paintwork flaking off of woodwork, split silicone sealant around sink area. Your average premier Inn room was better than this...….and much cheaper. Frosted secondary double glazing on the windows, absolutely no view at all, pull aside the secondary glazing to reveal the middle of the building, pipes, ductwork and filth everywhere (explains the frosted glass).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The view of the Thames. Staff was so courteous and helpful. Location!
Cons: The bed was on rollers. It constantly moved.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing good to say. Extremely disappointing
Cons: I was downgraded from a deluxe room to a standard room (essentially.a closet)and my compensation was a 14 £ cocktail. The following day the y transferred me to a deluxe room and despite two request to make sure there were no feathers in the room...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was great and the room very nice
Cons: The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Check in took forever. A welcome drink or water would have been nice since it was a very hot day in London

Cons:
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location is great.
Cons: Firstly I don’t like the service of the bell boy at the front gate. I have been to a lot of hotels including five stars but never have seen the attitude like the bell boys from that hotel. All are standing even though seeing the customer is taking luggages. Secondly I don’t like the attitude of front desks stuff. Already requested for an early check in as I have a meeting and I arrived the hotel at 2:30. It was half an hour before of that hotel policy to check in time. They won’t let me in until 3:03pm and said the room is not ready yet. Seeing the customer is waiting and sitting there for half an hour, they have no effort like asking the housekeeper whether the room is ready or no welcome drink at all. Thirdly, I don’t like the room. I booked a river view but the view of the window is so small and can’t even say it is a view. I am feeling my money for that view is not worth it. The room is so small and the hotel is very old. Fourth, the elevator is very old model 1000kgs type and very narrow. It was stopping once in every floor. Very disappointed to take that elevator. Fifthly, I stayed in that hotel at the raining day. The hotel is so old and so bad and even water drops are pouring drop by drop from the ceiling. I saw a bucket and it was collecting the rain drops in front of the elevator entrance of eighth floor. I was so shocked seeing the rain dropping from the ceiling. When I check about the hotel, it says “the Royal Horseguards” is a Five Star Hotel. I don’t know in what part it is being rated five stars. I will rate it not even a three star hotel.

The bathroom with the heated floor was very nice surprise. Doorman was wonderfully welcoming, the bellboys were quick and helpful and the concierge was professional and always pleasant and patient.
Cons: I asked for an early check in which wasn't possible and I understood this. However, when I returned at the regular check in time, the receptionist without checking with anyone, insisted the room still wasn't ready. Had to ask for the manager, who after checking with housekeeping, found the room was ready. Receptionist was not happy at being contradicted and was less than pleasant for the rest of the check-in process. Not offered breakfast discount on check-in so would have paid substantially more if I hadn't found out about the discount by accident. Stayed two nights. Mini-fridge was not restocked the second day. Took 45 minutes to get a bucket of ice and then felt guilty for asking for it when we found out the poor guy doing room service was the only one on duty. Seems like the hotel needs to amp up the staff numbers to provide the five star service you're paying for.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location close to metro and Westminster abbey and Trafalgar Square.
Cons: Breakfast average. Expensive price per night.

Pros: Perfect and unusual location right in the middle of the West End theatre district. The welcome was friendly, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: I had to walk down 8 flights of stairs from the restaurant because the lift was not working (better down than up!). The hotel interior is still under construction on the upper floors but I felt guests were quite well insulated agains it.
7.9 Good
Pros: Well located new property. Comfy bed. Great rooftop bar and restaurant.
Cons: No hot drinks. Could do with a drink machine downstairs. Breakfast expensive
6.7 Good
Pros: Great location. Staff were very helpful.
Cons: Construction work ongoing. Posters said noise would start st 9am. Rude 8am awakening. On top of that there are NO facilities. No TV. No kettle. Not even cups or glasses. There’s a nice bar upstairs, but you can’t take your drink back to your room to not watch your TV. It’s budget in the extreme, which is fine, but when you pay more than £300 for a night because who knows what is going on in London and all the hotels are insane prices, £300 is a lot of money for budget. Will NOT be returning.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Rooms quite small and very basic (you've got literally a bed and a trash bin). The whole hotel seems very dark and tight.

7.9 Good
Pros: Stellar location, friendly staff on check-in and a fantastic view from the 10th floor bar. Room was small but clean and fairly well-appointed with funky decor.
Cons: Odd plastic coating to the carpets in the corridor, at least on the 6th floor where I was! I arrived tired and hungry at 10pm and there was no food to be had at all in the hotel. Had to go to a burger place opposite! The shower head (not the rainfall one above; the hand-held attachment) was slightly broken at the base spraying water out at an odd angle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The overall design of the hotel was wonderful, the interior design of the rooms was amazing! The view over London was to die for. The staff were very friendly. Very modern and clean. would recommend to everyone
Cons: There was a smell in the hallway on the 9th floor, nothing bad and I think the carpet was being cleaned in the morning to sort. Could of done with Coffee machine in room and dressing table as a lot of unused space could have been used.

Cons: NO NOTHING, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel in convenient location for the main areas of London sightseeing and Theatre locations. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Clean bedrooms.
Cons: We opted not to have the breakfast as there is a cafe next door with more competitive rates and options but can’t comment on the hotel breakfast but I should imagine judging by everything else it would be good.

Pros: Appreciated coffee machine in lobby. Also greatly appreciated the later check out especially since it was at no extra cost. The apart hotel makes for a more relaxed stay than a normal hotel. Front desk staff were very efficient and most helpful - well done!
Cons: Having requested a walk in shower it took a while on arrival to find the premises has none. Likewise it took a while to find out that the Hotel has no feather pillows - this was important as some pillows felt like feathers. Hand rails at the entrance steps were sadly lacking. I'm not sure that preserving the character of the original building is a good enough excuse for this. Disability access is important these days.

Pros: Location is amazing close to Trafalgar Square and the Tube lines (Charing Cross and Embankment Station). The staff were really good even though I got some negative vibes from one after I made complaint around air conditioning breaking down and how it was handled.
Cons: I had room 112 (17-21 Sept) which had tired decor and non functioning air conditioning. Air con had broken down which they had to then switch off for the whole building (which happened after a recent repair) and would be non functioning for another 2 weeks (according to them). Staff provided a fan AND portable air con unit which made the room just survivable. It’s an old building which needs work. My impression is that the hotel group is milking profit from the location and using it for staff training. The staff I encountered were doing their best with great attitudes but clearly no real accountability or ownership with front desk managers coming and going on a daily basis. Almost felt a sense that they knew the building is working against them and having to deal with grumpy customers for a day to develop better service skills.

Pros: Great location (just off Trafalgar Sq. and 2 mins walk from the tube station); room is big by London's standard and the price; reasonable facilities
Cons: The room smelled a bit when I first moved in, especially the kitchenette, either it got better later or I got used to it. Linens were not changed during my stay (3 nights), but you sort of expect that with a serviced apartment. I would be better if we were told how often they change though.

Pros: We liked the location as we were visiting art galleries and also had a trip to the theatre. It is in a very convenient spot.

Pros: The W Hotel is in a very central location in London - right in the heart of Chinatown and it's surroundings. We expected it to be quite loud but found the hotel to be extremely quiet and comfortable during our stay there. The hotel has a very funky vibe and is suited to travellers who don't mind being in the heart of the action and looking for a modern hotel. The room was comfortable and had all the modern conveniences one would expect from a hotel of W's size. Overall, a pretty good stay!

Pros: The location in Leicester Square was very nice, and the hotel seemed to be a popular place to visit.
Cons: I received the worst treatment possible from the managerial staff. Firstly, even though they had my reservation, which was made and confirmed a month and a half in advance, they decided that they didn't have any room available for me to stay in when I arrived to check in. I found this to be very unprofessional since they could have called me or emailed me prior to my arrival at the hotel to give me a forewarning so that I could plan ahead as well. The situation was worsened by the staff then relaying this information to me in a very condescending manner in which they had the very unapologetic tone of "take it or leave it".
Secondly, they decided that a fair way to "compensate" me would be by reserving a room in another hotel on my behalf, without any input from me regarding choice, and then giving me a ride to this new hotel. I specifically chose the W for my stay and did not choose the other hotel when making my initial plans. So, the manager felt he could take the payment for the room at the W, decide that they no longer have a room at the W, then deny me the choice of an alternative hotel, and all without the option of a refund. They said they were compensating me, but I feel that they cheated me greatly. It was terrible customer service. Eventually, I had no choice but to take their offer of staying at the other property, which I didn't want to stay in, since they were not going to make any room available for me at the W for the night.
Truthfully, I feel there were a bunch of racial undertones and biases based on the unprofessional, condescending, unempathetic, and unapologetic tone of the manager and staff. I have stayed at many hotels around the world. This has been, by far, my worst experience with any hotel staff regarding a reservation.

Common area/ pub was cheery and the breakfast included was really good value. Dinner menu was wholesome, good size portions and also good value. Pros: Good facilities, good staff, USB chargers, great location, walking distance from Soho Square, underground station and Oxford Street, good beds
Cons:
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location and all the staff alway help to make you feel confortable
Cons: the Literas are so inestables and make a lot of noise. the lock boxes behind the beds are so large and not functional, they should me change by security lockers on the sides.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location! Staff was very nice however not so accomodating with bed transfers.
Cons: The lift was broken :(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Facilities were great. Room was clean and staffs are amazing. The big plus point, it's at the heart of Soho making it a great location if you're looking for a place in Central London
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff
Cons: Don’t have microwave
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cost, location
Cons:
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: Lack of a common kitchen.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location Every morning we found toilets clean. This is a very important point because a lot of people stay in the hostel.
Cons: All doors were closing very noisy. They should be repaired. For this reason, we cant sleep first night of our stay and we bought earplug. We booked double room but not feel comfortable only for this reason. Also, I think, double rooms should be located further away from crowded dormitories.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: SoHostel is brilliantly located for getting around London using public transport and close to many of the big tourist attractions, tourism services and top shopping destinations like Oxford St, Regent St and Carnaby St. The private room I had was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were cleaned throughout the day and spotless. Staff were very helpful especially with luggage when the lift was out of order. Common area/ pub was cheery and the breakfast included was really good value. Dinner menu was wholesome, good size portions and also good value. I also liked the fact that there were a decent number of vegetarian options - and that there is a Tesco and a Boots really nearby for any other needs.
Cons: I would have liked a closet or locker in my room, and more phone charging points in the common room.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff was not helpful, loads of stairs, no kitchen, common room had no light, irs like a basement
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice and clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds, coffee 24/7, good wi-fi. In the center of the city.
Cons: A guy who actually was living in the room with a lot of stuff, but really polite. You have to take your locker with you.
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff, location and food are excellent!!! The property is so clean.
Cons: Bunk beds extremely noisy so pretty much if you have some that moves a lot/ toilet during the night you’ll definitely wake up with them. In addition, they clean the bathrooms/ toilets during peak hours in the morning so get prepared to queuing up.

Pros: Location
Cons: 1. We paid for a king and they tried to put us in a double saying that is all they has available. We had to talk to the manager to get them to move us to a King. 2. One day room was not cleaned. 3. One day the disabled our room key. 4. The room smelled
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Check in was very slow. The room was open when we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in and we were downgraded.
5.8 Okay
Pros:
Cons: It is a real tired hotel and very small rooms. Not value for money at all !
5.8 Okay
Pros: the beds, fresh fruit at breakfast
Cons: the breakfast pancakes and waffles, the room scent too strong in lobby, horrible elevator music playing all over the hotel, worn down interior, lamps that didn't work, the door had been painted so many times it was hard to open and close without using a lot of force. The hotel just doesn't feel luxurious at all.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the food. The meals were of an elegant size and just perfect. Cannot abide plates laden with food. Staff were all very professional.
Cons: I thought £28 was a bit over the top for a Continental breakfast. The Terrace dinning room was very cold so only ate one meal there. Decide d to do Room Service instead and that worked very well

4.6 Okay
Pros: I have stayed in Mimis many times. I like the location very much, close to nice restaurants which are still open when I finish work.
Cons: The size of the rooms is fine. I find them cosy and generally sleep very well, which is one of the reasons I choose to stay there. In fact this room was a little large than normal. However on this occasion there were several issues which caused me a big problem - I essentially got no sleep at all: (i) the thermostat seemed broken causing fluctuations in temperature; (ii) the walls were very thin and I could hear the neighbour performing all of his/her bathroom functions, including regular vomiting; (iii) the light switches were broken and there was no way to turn off all the lights. The lights were on all night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Tiny room somehow managed to feel very cozy and secure rather than cramped. There is music playing in the hallway and a (rather calm) pub downstairs - I expected noise. To my surprise, the door seals tightly and there is no errant sound. Location is amazing, right near all the theaters.
Cons: I stayed alone in a double but it would have been quite crowded with another person.
7.9 Good
Pros: I needed to book an additional night for my son which was more than twice the price for the first night.
Cons: larger rooms but clearly this is not possible.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location right in the heart of SoHo, but on a quieter street. Staff were polite and helpful, room was clean and everything was high-quality and well maintained
Cons: Not a complaint because this is expected, but be aware that the small room really is very small. We thought the lighting could have been better, especially since we booked a room without a window.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property is ideally located and offers value for money. The rooms very comfortable and the Moulton Brown products in the bathroom a great touch.
Cons:

Pros: Great location, beautifully decorated, lovely bar and staff. Very clean!
Cons: Too noisy at night, but that’s what you get for being in the centre of Soho

Staff are a mixed bunch but all are polite. The location was great as we had booked a local restaurant and were attending the Garrick Theatre. I asked for and got an extra pillow.
Cons: I just wasn't prepared for the tiny room. There was nowhere to sit other than on the bed. No kettle to make a tea in the room and no fridge to keep anything cool. This was my own fault as I hadn't read any of the reviews so not fair to blame the hotel. But just not for me.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location is superb
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice atmosphere clean and good quality fit out.
Cons: Two pillows would have been nice.
5.7 Okay
Pros: It was a comfortable bed and they provided water and extras like shampoo and body wash.
Cons: The room was so tiny (literally wall to wall bed) that there was no where to put anything. I was traveling with my daughter so sharing a bed wasn’t ideal. We were put in a basement room without a window so it was dark which was fine for sleeping but seemed dangerous if there was a fire and would have been a bit depressing if we had wanted to be in the room more.

Pros:
Cons: No water or extra in 2 Rooms booked in Executive Rooms. Very limited toiletries. No one answering reception at 11:30pm to order food after travelling. Limited choice of food available for Room Service. Very poor quality when it arrived.

Pros: Such a great location. Couldn't book direct which would have included breakfast as they did not have my dates so went through booking.com which did not include breakfast , asked at reception if they would waiver beakfast charge explaining booking scenario and manager agreed to this for both of us.
Cons: 3rd stay here and can't believe how it has deteriorated. Majority of staff came across very unhappy and unfriendly. Service at breakfast was non existent, no offer of coffee , had to ask for food to be restocked at the hot buffet. Dining area was dirty especially on tables and chairs . Paid for a bigger room which was lovely but were not told bathroom was set up for disabled use ,which is great to see but takes the edge of a bit of luxury when spending that bit more. Burnt my head as shower kept fluctuating in temperature to the extreme, which is very concerning if it is being used by anyone with a disability. Couldn't get signal on the TV.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the coffee and tea machines were very useful. Silent rooms. Best location for walking distances such as, museums, theaters and Shopping .
Cons: The street was closed for reconstruction and there were many homeless around.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Central location.
Cons: There was a rumbling sound all night. It sounded like the water pipes had running water all night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, quiet and functional; all you need, albeit not much more
Cons: When I arrived at 10 am I asked for early check-in as I had requested by mail and phone already, invoking business meetings at noon for which I had to shower and dress and the fact that I was going to leave at 6 am the next day and would thus occupy the room less than 24h. The answer was a stereotype "we have no availability now, have to put you on waiting list, cannot guarantee you will get a room before 14h". Only when I insisted, mentioning that someone had just checked out in front of me and that it would certainly not take more than an hour to make up that room and that otherwise I would have to look further and cancel my reservation did the staff take the "trouble" of calling housekeeping. And - surprise - there were actually two nice rooms free and ready on the top floor ! Afterwards the staff became very friendly and accomodating though, allowing me to have my breakfast (which was included) on the day of arrival rather than of the departure which would have been too early. I cannot say whether the initial formality and lack of flexibility and disposition is company policy or was due to the attitude of the two people at the reception.
1.0 Poor
Pros:
Cons: No response when asking more information via email.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very comfy bed and quiet central location
Cons: The Air conditioning did not work. The room was very small. We did not have breakfast but the room looked 'budget'. The shower made a decent job of spraying the ceiling as the head was leaking.
