New and clean hotel, generous breakfast, friendly personnel.
Very far from metro station. 20 minutes walk. Toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) were not provided at the check in date.

The hotel was very convenient for me as I was working in a school nearby. the staff were very helpful especially those in the lounge/café bar. The choice of bar snacks/salads was very good and reasonably priced for a 4 star hotel. There was a good choice of foods at breakfast and there were different prices categories. So if you only wanted a continental breakfast, it was half the price of the full international cooked breakfast
The hotel suited me as I was there for business. It is possible to get a taxi from the hotel very quickly but to use public transport involved a considerable walk and two changes on the Metro to get into the centre of Madrid. So probably not the best location for sight seeing and tourist attractions if you only have limited time

Everything good with this hotel from the reception to the room, restaurant and bar. Big room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The elevator will be funny if you have height fear :)
The large window from the room was quite noisy and cold. But the drapes pulled reduced both inconvenience.
