Nice hotel, but a bit lack of atmosphere. If compare to other hotels we stayed during our trip to Spain, it looked like a regular hotel, even though meet all the 5 star standards. Dinner was just ok

Rooms were cleaned at least twice a day. Staff were willing to help you with almost anything including getting your taxis for which you waited all if 2 minutes for, recommending hotels and general advice.
Beautiful location. Lovely views and friendly staff.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! It is a literal palace on every level. The service is exemplary, the room was amazing, the Spa is incredible and the grounds are outstanding. I will be returning in the future.
