Great location, ocean front , straight access to the beach, good beach service . People dealing on app chat are very kind Vallet boys as well
Service is not good. Sometimes vallet can take over 40 minutes . Pool service is also bad, even when it’s empty a simple order can take over 30 minutes . Overall, staff from reception and pool is kind of snob . Because it’s a pop spot in south beach I guess they treat guests as kids trying to get into a club. Feels like there are doing guests favors. Definitely not a proper 5 starts hotel treatment
